3. TELEPHONE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT (TCPA) CONSENT
3.1 Express Written Consent for Calls and Text Messages

BUSINESS MODEL DISCLOSURE: Auto Claim, LLC generates and qualifies leads through this website and transfers qualified leads to Case Connect, LLC, which then contacts consumers to connect them with attorneys in our network.
3.2 Scope of Consent
Your consent includes but is not limited to:
- Calls and texts from Case Connect, LLC representatives
- Communications from multiple attorneys and law firms in our network
- Communications from third-party service providers acting on behalf of Auto Claim, LLC and Case Connect, LLC
- Marketing messages about legal services and case updates
- Appointment reminders and case status notifications
- Lead qualification and case assessment calls
3.3 One-to-One Consent Compliance
In accordance with FCC regulations effective January 27, 2025, your consent authorizes each specific attorney or law firm in our network to contact you individually. Each attorney or law firm must obtain separate consent or rely on the consent you provide here for communications related to your specific case inquiry.
3.4 Consent Not Required for Purchase
Your consent to receive calls and text messages is NOT a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may decline to provide consent and still use our website for informational purposes.
3.5 Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply to text messages sent to your mobile device. These charges are determined by your mobile service provider.
3.6 Frequency of Communications
Message frequency varies based on your case status and the attorney or law firm handling your matter. You may receive multiple calls and texts per week during active case evaluation periods.
4. REVOCATION OF CONSENT
4.1 Right to Revoke
You may revoke your consent to receive calls and text messages at any time by any reasonable means, including:
- Replying "STOP" to any text message

4.2 Processing of Revocation
We will honor your revocation request within ten (10) business days of receipt. You may receive one (1) additional communication confirming your opt-out request.

Consent is tied to the individual providing it, not the phone number. If your number is reassigned to another person, consent does not transfer. We maintain procedures to identify and suppress reassigned numbers.
7. USER REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES

10. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
10.1 No Guarantees
We make no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding:
- Case outcomes or results
- Attorney performance or qualifications
- Recovery of damages or compensation
- Timeline for resolution of legal matters
10.2 "As Is" Basis
This Site and all information provided are offered on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
10.3 Limitation of Liability
